(i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury to person howsoever, resulting from user’s access to and use of the services, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of personal information stored in Hytel Phones server, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services, (v) any bugs, viruses, Trojan Horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the services, through the action of an third party, (vi) omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the services. Hytel Phones will not be responsible or liable for any errors or omission, inaccuracy in advertising material or any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings or a result of the presence of such advertiser(s) on Hytel Phones platform and mobile applications.
Terms & Condition
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They set out the rule governing your legal rights and obligations in relation to the transaction carried out on the Hytel Phones Platform. Hytel Phones is an online shopping portal for the purchase of mobile and laptop communication gadgets and devices. It allows for easy search of electronic gadgets and a timely ordering and delivery of the purchased items.
1. Definitions and interpretation
1.1 The following Terms have the meaning ascribed to them under this Agreement:
“Agreement” means this contract between you and Hytel Phones for sale and supply of products from Hytel Phones website in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.
“Customer” means any person that purchases goods from the Hytel Phones website, and includes anyone who has ordered for supply of goods and accepted the supply by Confirmation of Sale.
“Delivery Vendor” means a logistic or delivery company approved by Hytel Phones for timely delivery of goods ordered to customers’ chosen destination.
“Hytel Phones” means the E-commerce platform developed and hosted by Hytel Phones to enable customers to access mobile and laptop gadgets and items from various manufacturers and vendors.
“Force Majeure Event” means an event, or a series of related events, that is outside the reasonable control of the party affected (industrial disputes affecting any third party, changes to the law, disasters, explosions, fires, floods, riots, terrorist attacks, insurrection, and wars); that makes it impossible for the parties to perform their terms of the contract.
“Goods” means the variety of electronic and telephone gadgets or other associated items displayed on the menu/category chart of the Hytel Phones website and which a customer places sales order.
“Prices” means the prices for the goods, as displayed on the Hytel Phones website as the value for goods selected and ordered including the delivery charges
“User” means any person that uses the Hytel Phones website for the purpose of online buying and include the customer.
“Sales Order” means payment for a specific product made by a customer and confirmed for delivery through the delivery vendor.
